The issue was in square sign and degree sign, Syncfusion fixed that issue, and after solution is updated with latest versions export of manuals is possible.

Evaluation of toolbar buttons not working properly in multiselection lists
There was an issue with showing the buttons of the toolbar correctly in the list view - with the multiselection feature enabled. When no selection of item was made buttons were active, for example, if in graphic view Process house was selected and it switched to the list view add favorites or add subscription button was active. Also, similar issues were happening when a new feature for a subscription was active. After the bug fix result is that buttons are active when a selection is made, and when more than one element is selected subscription button is enabled. The check box for select all, and deselect all was also acting funny, sometimes correct buttons were active, sometimes not, and that is now all working as expected.
